At The Ordan Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at theordanstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Sale.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 4–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item sent).

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
