- Within Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

1. Return Window
- You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Return must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- A clear video proof of the item being unboxed (from the moment the package is opened) is required to validate the condition and authenticity of the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale items.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
- Returns requested after 7 days.
- Items without valid video proof of unboxing or condition.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at theordanstore@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected (along with video verification), we’ll notify you via email or message.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, supported by unboxing video evidence.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, kindly return the original product (with required video proof) and place a new order.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include a clear unboxing video showing the packaging and the damaged/incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost
